RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are made within 30 days. (The product and its packaging must be undamaged; otherwise, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.)

You can return and exchange web products within 30 days of receiving your order. The delivery date is considered the start of this period.

Products returned without meeting the necessary conditions, worn, or washed will not be accepted. If products are damaged due to heavy use, we may not be able to return them due to size issues. When registering your returns, they must match the intact return label to ensure accuracy. If you wish to return various items from different orders, please ensure you receive the correct return label and package them separately.

To initiate a return/exchange, you can create your request using the "My Orders" screen or our "Order Tracking" page after logging in. (Simply include your order number with your package.)
