SHIPPING POLICY
Payment Period:
There is no extra charge for standard shipping on all our products; there is only an extra option for insured shipping, regardless of the listed price. (What is insured shipping: After the seller hands the product over to the shipping company, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company. MECAYI does not accept responsibility for any problems that may arise from shipping with standard shipping, but the insured shipping option covers all risks until the product reaches you. In other words, if you choose insured shipping, we will cover any problems that may arise even during delivery.)
Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped within 2-5 business days by our shipping company. Pre-ordered products are not included. This process may take longer during busy periods such as holidays, public holidays, pre-orders, etc. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday. Working hours are 09:00 - 18:00 on weekdays. No deliveries are made on Sundays.
These points apply to standard shipments. You can visit Yurtiçi Kargo's website (www.yurticikargo.com) to find information about products delivered on specific days of the week and areas not delivered to your address. Shipping is free throughout Turkey with Yurtiçi Kargo.

You will receive a tracking number via email during your shipment. You can track your order by entering your tracking number at the link below. You can leave order tracking emails in your spam/junk folder. Please check regularly.

What happens if the address cannot be found during delivery?
If your address cannot be found, your shipment will be marked as "undelivered" and returned. You can arrange for delivery at a time convenient for you by contacting the shipping company beforehand about a suitable delivery time. If the shipping company cannot reach you based on the measurements, the system will mark the address as not stored, and your order may be used at locations other than your nearest Yurtiçi Kargo store. Please note that if your order does not meet the required dimensions and is returned to our warehouse, the reshipment cost will be borne by the recipient. We recommend that you do not leave explosive materials in common areas such as doorways or building entrances if there is no one to receive your package. Otherwise, our company cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
What should I pay attention to during delivery?
When receiving your order, you should check the package for any damage (tears, crushing, wetting, etc.). If damage is detected, and the product is damaged or its contents do not match the product on the invoice due to the damage, you should accept the shipment and have the delivery person prepare a damage report.
This report will prevent any injuries and facilitate the exchange or return process. A new product will be sent to your address as soon as possible based on the report.
Notifications of missing or damaged products made after delivery are subject to review to avoid the need for a report. They may be accepted or rejected based on this review.
