There is no extra charge for standard cargo for all our products, there is only an extra option for insured cargo regardless of the label amount. (What is insured cargo: After the seller delivers the product to the cargo company, the responsibility for the delivery of the product belongs to the cargo company. MECAYI does not accept any problems that may arise from cargo in standard cargo, but the insured cargo option covers all risks until the product reaches you in the sale, that is, if you choose insured cargo, we cover any problems that may arise even during cargo distribution.)

Unless stated otherwise, cargo is shipped from our company within 2-5 business days. Pre-ordered items are not included. During busy times such as holidays, holidays, pre-orders, etc., this process may take longer. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday will be processed on Monday. Working hours are between 09.00 - 18.00 on business days. There is no delivery on Sundays.

Shipping throughout Türkiye is free with Yurtiçi Kargo.

What if the address cannot be found during delivery?

If your address is not available, your cargo will be marked as "undelivered" and returned. You can ensure that your package is delivered at a time convenient for you by getting preliminary information about the time they will contact the cargo company. If the size cannot be reached by the cargo company, the system address will be marked as not stored and your order can be used in places other than your Yurtiçi Kargo store closest to your address. We would like to remind you that if your order does not reach the size and is returned to our warehouse, re-shipment is at the buyer's expense. If there is no one at home to receive your package, we recommend that you do not leave explosives in common areas such as in front of the door/apartment. Otherwise, our company will not be held responsible for lost cargo.

What should I pay attention to during distribution?

When receiving your order, your cargo package must be checked for damage (tears, crushing, getting wet, etc.). In case of damage detection, if the product is damaged or if the content does not match the product on the invoice due to damage, you must receive the cargo and file a report with the cargo officer.

The report will facilitate your exchange or return process to prevent you from incurring any injuries. As a result of the report, the new product will be sent to your address as soon as possible.

Missing or damaged product notifications made after the cargo delivery is completed are subject to review to prevent a report being kept. It can be accepted or rejected based on the review.
